Commercial Demolition and Grading: Mountain View, CA

This commercial demolition and land redevelopment project consisted of the demolition of 2 wood framed buildings totalling +/-14,000 sqare feet. Many old foundation footings from other buildings and monitoring wells were also demolished and removed from the site. The site was then cleaned, defoliated and regraded. This construction project was completed as owner/builder.
