128 Attached Condominiums: Walnut Creek, CA

This development project consisted of the acquisition, design and entitlement of 128 attached condominium homes. Six contiguous single-family homes were purchased at the corner of Alpine/Alma Avenues near downtown Walnut Creek. Entitlements were obtained by receiving unanimous approvals from the Architectural Review Committee, Planning Committee and City Council.
