The Baymark on Nob Hill: San Francisco CA

Located on Nob Hill and adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, this eight story steel frame building consists of twelve luxurious condominium homes built on top of a two story parking garage. This project located at 720 Stockton Street was developed and constructed as owner/builder. The San Francisco Chronicle praised the building as a "gem" which "catches the spirit of San Francisco" (See Press for more information.)
