Single Family Homes:
Four single-family home projects have been completed within the City of Sunnyvale. Three homes were purchased, remodeled and sold. One custom home was completely developed and constructed as owner/builder from the ground up.

Land:
Acquired a property consisting of ten acres on Buena Vista Avenue in the city of Gilroy. The property was located within the urban service area of Gilroy and held an industrial designation in Gilroy’s general plan. Ownership in this $1,100,000 property was divested in 2000.
